So I assume that the people inside making the food would know just to bring out a caramel not a snickers well she brought it out to the car and wouldn't you know it was a snickers I do not like sneakers I did not ask for a snickers I asked for caramel I did not say anything to her because by then I was fed up with trying to get my order correct. My cherry coke was awful.
I would also like a med caramel custard, I would also like a small hot fudge caramel custard.
He said is that a sundae.
I said no it's a custard he asked the same question two more times I finally got aggravated and yelled no it's a custard into the microphone.
The guy said welcome to sonic my name is such and such(not wanting to name names) will do that when I call the corporate office.

I decided I would go to sonic for some ice cream and a drink.
On the screen it said snickers I told him I did not want a snickers custard and he said don't worry the caramel we use is actually from the snickers.

Extraordinarily fast service! Friendly service and the food was on point to other Sonics so I can't complain there. And honestly, I've never seen people so attentive to ask if I need anything 2 or 3 times during my time there... well done sonic
